Michael Haigler joined Dean & Gibson, PLLC in November of 2016. Michael was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. He graduated from Providence Senior High, and went on to graduate summa cum laude from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science, along with minors in History and Spanish. Subsequently, Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Michael worked as a law clerk for a firm doing Civil Litigation and Criminal Defense, in addition to serving as a Civil Procedure teaching assistant for Professors Meredith Jeffries and Colin Stockton. Additionally, while in law school, Michael was a member of the Order of the Crown Honor Society, and he also served as President of Phi Delta Phi legal honor society.
Currently, Michael’s professional focus is litigation, where he utilizes his competitive drive and relentless preparation to advocate for his clients in both civil and criminal law. Michael has a keen interest and respect for the Constitution, and the values and principles it promotes. Michael diligently strives to not only exceed his clients’ goals and expectations, but to do so in an efficient and professional manner. As a native of Charlotte, Michael has a profound sense of pride and passion in the Charlotte community. In his free time, Michael enjoys a myriad of sports and outdoor activities. Michael is an ardent supporter of the Alabama Crimson Tide, Carolina Panthers, and Charlotte Hornets.
