Rod Dean has written several papers regarding products liability defense, including the Products Liability Claims Book for North Carolina that was published in 1996 and an article published in the Journal of Products Liability entitled Preparation of the Engineer's Report in the Products Liability Case. Mr. Dean also wrote the Defense and Subrogation of Products Liability Cases in North Carolina - A Practical Guide for the Insurance Industry.
