Tim joined Dean & Gibson in 2000, after 5 years of successful practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His current practice includes the representation of individuals, businesses, retailers and organizations in a variety of matters. 

Tim concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death, auto tort and trucking accidents, products liability, toxic torts, real estate professional liability and all areas of premises liability, including slip and fall, false imprisonment, false arrest and malicious prosecution.  He has experience in the management of claims from the initial investigative stage through litigation, having tried over 50 jury trials to verdict.

Tim is a member in good standing of the North Carolina State Bar and the Mecklenburg County Bar as well as the bars of the United State District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina.
